EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the CEO in a manufacturing organization provides strategic and administrative support to ensure smooth coordination between corporate office, plant operations, and leadership. The role involves handling confidential information, tracking operational priorities, supporting decision-making, and coordinating across production, quality, supply chain, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, plant visits, travel, and daily schedule.
- Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate production review meetings, quality reviews, safety meetings, and operational reviews.
- Support management presentations for board meetings and leadership reviews.
- Maintain confidential documents, reports, and statutory records.
- Support documentation related to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Handle sensitive business and operational information with discretion.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards.
