EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO in a manufacturing organization provides strategic and administrative support to ensure smooth coordination between corporate office, plant operations, and leadership. The role involves handling confidential information, tracking operational priorities, supporting decision-making, and coordinating across production, quality, supply chain, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, plant visits, travel, and daily schedule.
  2. Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.
  3. Coordinate production review meetings, quality reviews, safety meetings, and operational reviews.
  4. Support management presentations for board meetings and leadership reviews.
  5. Maintain confidential documents, reports, and statutory records.
  6. Support documentation related to SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
  7. Handle sensitive business and operational information with discretion.
  8. Ensure adherence to company policies and governance standards.

Job Description

Department : Management / Administration
Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Experience : 6–8 Years
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred
Preferred Experience : Experience supporting CXO-level executives
Required Skills : Strong in Business Management Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ownership & Commitment Should be Proactive
